Redwood Tree with Ferns High on the Trunk

Giant Redwood Tree with Ferns

This image appears to have blue/green fringing problems. I tried editing to remove the fringing but it makes no difference. Any suggestions? What could I have done differently when taking the photo to keep this from happening?

This image was edited in Photoshop CS5 using content aware fill to remove the girl's Mother, a truck and a fence line. Pretty neat!

Disocactus ackermannii

Several years ago a friend gave me a cutting of this plant. It grew and grew but never blossomed until now. Native to Mexico (Oaxaca). Lovely large red flowers... this plant blooms frequently and grows quickly. Very tough and very tolerant of a wide array of growing conditions.

Indian Corn

Today I tried painting in Photoshop CS5 for the first time. It felt pretty good. I will have try some more before I make a final decision.

After and Before

I took this photo a month or so ago and waited for Photoshop CS5 to "remove" the many wires and poles. Last night I found time and was very pleased with the results. It was very quick and easy to do.
Love Photoshop CS5.
